Vocationally trained with a strong surgical foundation, he previously worked as a surgical registrar across various surgical subspecialties. Dr. Jassal holds a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer from the University of Queensland and has completed advanced postgraduate training in comprehensive skin cancer management. Highly skilled in early diagnosis utilizing digital dermoscopy, he specializes in complex skin cancer surgery, including advanced reconstructive techniques such as skin flaps and grafts.rnrnDeeply committed to advancing the field, Dr. Jassal is actively involved in medical education, regularly contributing to ongoing training and professional development initiatives. He is an accredited member of the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA), a Southern Cross Affiliate Provider, and performs skin cancer surgeries for the Waitemata District Health Board.
