Nick grew up in Auckland and graduated from the University of Auckland in 2014. He then spent seven years in hospital-based specialties, before switching to general practice and skin cancer medicine in 2022. He is a fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP), a member of New Zealand Skin Cancer Doctors (NZSCD) and holds advanced certificates in Dermatoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery. Nick has practised medicine from Kaitaia to Hawke's Bay and draws upon this broad range of experience to connect with his patients. His priority is working with every patient to ensure the most appropriate treatment decisions are made at each consultation. Nick splits his time between Skin Check and general practice. Outside of work, he enjoys a variety of sports and playing guitar (badly). Nick lives on the North Shore with his wife and two young daughters.
