Dr Harbinson is a Skin Cancer Doctor based at Skin Institute Richmond/Nelson. He is a Fellow of the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners and is a surgical Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. He is also an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with Skin Cancer College Australasia and Affiliated Provider with Southern Cross.
