Dr Tan began his medical career after graduating from the University of Auckland. Before becoming a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner, Dr Tan trained predominantly in Surgery and Emergency Medicine both in New Zealand and Australia. Dr Tan's love of meeting people and upbringing prioritizing family values, it was only natural that he gravitated to General Practice. Dr Tan has a special interest in Skin Cancer Surgery. He works at Cornwall Medical Centre, Royal Oak, Auckland. Dr Tan holds Dermoscopy, Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery qualifications from Skin Cancer Symposiums.
